In response to the increasing concerns about contaminants in everyday food and products, we are devoted to meticulous detail in crafting our offerings. We prioritize using certified organic, wild, and non-GMO ingredients, ensuring every spice and component meets our high standards. Moreover, we invest in cookware that is certified free of harmful substances like PTFA, PFAS, and PTFE, with thorough testing conducted by their respective manufacturers and verification from Tamara Rubin (Lead Safe Mama) to confirm the absence of toxic metals. Even our cleaning products and soaps are selected for their effectiveness while remaining safe for both our consumers and the environment, as we believe in a holistic approach to health, from the kitchen to the pantry and beyond.
About Us
Abe Rabehi & Miraj Lee Saxton embarked on a journey to plant-based cuisine as a path to healing. Initially motivated by health considerations, their transition saved their lives. This transformative experience not only led them to join the compassionate cause of protecting animals and promoting healing foods, but also to discover their shared love for each other, as they met on a vegan singles group
Abe, a native of Algeria, a North African region, comes from a family legacy of culinary masters whose cuisine is influenced by Middle-Eastern, Mediterranean, and French traditions. Miraj, affectionately known as a “Jamerican” New Yorker, was raised by a Jamaican family with a culinary heritage that draws inspiration from Caribbean, American, Italian, and Asian cuisines.
Together, they harmoniously blend their diverse cultural backgrounds and culinary influences to create a flavorsome array of dishes.
Their shared compassion for animals, passion for cooking, and global perspective converge to shape the culinary vision that defines their restaurant.
